By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are placing a deposit to reserve this item. The remaining balance will be due once the item becomes available and must be paid within the timeframe communicated.
Deposits are fully refundable only if the item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by BAG ME®. All deposits are otherwise non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, failure to complete payment, or change of mind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the required timeframe, BAG ME® reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
