Refund policy

**REFUND POLICY**  
**Effective Date: May 7, 2026**

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**  
All purchases made at BAG ME® are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

**PAY IN FULL PURCHASES**  
- All Pay in Full transactions are final and non-refundable.  
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for any reason, including change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing.

**RESERVATION DEPOSIT PURCHASES**  
- Deposits are **fully refundable only** if the reserved item becomes unavailable, is sold to another customer prior to your balance payment, or cannot be fulfilled by BAG ME®.  
- Deposits are **non-refundable** in all other cases, including:  
  - Change of mind  
  - Cancellation by the buyer  
  - Failure to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe  
- If the remaining balance is not paid by the communicated deadline, BAG ME® reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full deposit.

**BALANCE PAYMENTS**  
The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe provided after we notify you that the item is available. Failure to complete the balance payment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.

**PRICING AND TAXES**  
Selling Price excludes sales tax.  
California buyers will be charged applicable sales tax based on the shipping ZIP code. All other orders will be treated as interstate sales.  
Taxes paid are non-refundable except in cases where a deposit is eligible for refund.

**HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND** (if eligible)  
If your deposit qualifies for a refund, please contact us at service@bag-me.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
