Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY Effective Date: April 1, 2026
ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed once full payment is received and confirmed. For items with a deposit, shipping occurs only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
SHIPPING METHOD All orders are shipped via UPS. Standard delivery is included with every order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE Shipping insurance is not included with standard shipping. It is available as an optional add-on for an additional cost upon request. BAG ME® strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Please contact service@bag-me.com before your order ships to add this option.
DELIVERY UPS delivery time frames are estimates only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
RISK OF LOSS Once transferred to UPS, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. BAG ME® is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees. Delays caused by customs processing are not the store's responsibility.
DELIVERY ISSUES Contact service@bag-me.com for any shipment issues. BAG ME® will assist in coordinating with UPS but is not liable for carrier-related issues once the package has been shipped.
FRAUD PREVENTION BAG ME® reserves the right to delay, verify, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
