**TERMS OF SERVICE**

Welcome to BAG ME®, operated by Angel Vision Beauty LLC. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BAG ME®.
By accessing our website, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our policies. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.
**SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY**
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website or make a purchase. You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
**SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS**
All items offered by BAG ME® are pre-owned, consigned, or sourced through independent channels.
Product descriptions, condition details, pricing, and availability are provided in each listing and may change without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product photos and descriptions before purchase.
**SECTION 3 - ORDERS, RESERVATIONS, AND PURCHASE OPTIONS**
Placing an order or a deposit constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
We offer two purchase options on eligible items:
1. **Pay in Full** – Immediate purchase by paying the entire selling price at checkout.
2. **Reservation Deposit** – Placing a deposit to reserve the item by contacting us to create a dedicated deposit invoice in your account.
**Reservation Deposit Terms**
- The amount shown below the selling price is for reference only and represents the Reservation Deposit.
- The full selling price is clearly displayed above.
- By paying a Reservation Deposit, you are securing the item but not completing the purchase.
- The remaining balance will be due once the item becomes available. We will notify you with the exact amount and payment deadline.
- Deposits are **fully refundable only** if the item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by BAG ME®.
- All deposits are otherwise **non-refundable**, including in the event of cancellation, change of mind, or failure to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe.
- If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, BAG ME® reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the full deposit.
All deposit and purchase terms are clearly disclosed on the product page and form part of these Terms of Service.
**SECTION 4 - PRICING AND TAXES**
**Selling Price excludes sales tax.**
California buyers will be charged applicable sales tax based on the shipping ZIP code. All other orders will be treated as interstate sales.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices exclude shipping, insurance, and applicable fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
**SECTION 5 - PAYMENT**
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable amounts.
For **Pay in Full** purchases, the entire amount (including applicable tax and shipping) is due at checkout.
For **Reservation Deposit** purchases, only the deposit is charged initially. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe provided. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
**SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY**
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an item is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers.
**SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS**
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless otherwise stated in the product listing or required by applicable law.
Refunds are issued only in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the product page and these Terms.
**SECTION 8 - AUTHENTICITY, CONDITION, AND BRAND AFFILIATION**
All brand names, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. BAG ME® is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the brands whose products are offered for sale. All product names and trademarks are used solely for identification purposes.
All items are pre-owned, consigned, or independently sourced. We strive to accurately describe authenticity and condition; however, such evaluations may involve subjective judgment. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before purchase.
**SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY**
All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to BAG ME® and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
**SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES**
Our store is powered by Shopify. We may use third-party tools or services which are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
